Imagine stepping into a meeting room where the first thing you see is not just a screen and a table, but a breathtaking view of 200 classic, privately owned cars. Our meeting rooms V8, V12 and V16 are located in the loft of the specially designed car hotel and have a direct view of our impressive car universe. All rooms are equipped with professional AV equipment and offer the opportunity for breakout sessions in cozy sofa environments - ideal for good conversations, immersion and idea development. We recommend actively including the cars in your event - either on your own during breaks or on a guided tour.

Exclusive Business lounge in the old car museum
Our Business Lounge is located on the 2nd floor of the beautiful old car museum. The room is stylishly decorated with exposed beams, high ceilings and elegant meeting zones that create an exclusive and comfortable atmosphere - ideal for board and strategy meetings from 10 to 20 people.
The meeting can be combined with a visit to our current special exhibition, Royal Driving Pleasures - either on your own during breaks or as part of a guided tour.
Conferences and events in a unique setting
Our car hotel is a fascinating venue that offers a unique setting for corporate events from 30 to 500 people. Imagine a dinner surrounded by 200 classic cars before the party continues in our elegant function room, Caroline Amalie - designed for large events such as corporate parties, anniversaries and Christmas parties.
From the loft, you can experience the car hotel in full scale - an inspiring setting where ideas flourish and conversations come to life. There is room for both contemplation and celebration. The car hotel is ideal for everything from conferences and receptions to events where the setting can be out of the ordinary.
