Payment
In our webshop you can pay by credit card and MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item has been shipped. All our prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT. Once you have placed your order, you confirm that you are shopping for private use only and the products are not resold.

Delivery
We offer delivery in Denmark with GSL. Classic Car House packages are normally delivered within 5 business days. Delivery is either by GLS to a parcel shop, private or company address and you will receive an SMS/email when your package has been delivered to the parcel shop. Reservations are made for errors and delays at the freight company.

Right of complaint
When you shop in our webshop, you have a right of complaint for 24 months. You must complain within "reasonable time". If you receive a defective product, you must notify us as soon as possible. If your complaint is justified, you can have your goods exchanged or your money back, including return shipping.
Write to Classiccarhouse.dk regarding your order. Once we have received your email and the complaint is justified, you will be informed about the further process. Remember to return the item in proper packaging and ask for a receipt for shipment so you can prove that the item was sent to us.

Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when you receive your goods. As the buyer, you are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. You must pay for shipping costs in connection with returns. Write to Classiccarhouse.dk regarding your order. You will be informed about the further process.
