Payment
In our webshop you can pay by credit card and MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been shipped. All our prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT. Once you have placed your order, you confirm that you are acting solely for private use and the products are not resold.

Delivery
We offer delivery in Denmark with GSL. Under normal circumstances, Classic Car House packages are delivered within 5 business days. Delivery is either by GLS to a parcel shop, private or business address and you will receive a text message/email when your package is delivered to the parcel shop. Reservations are made for errors and delays by the shipping company.

Right of complaint
When you shop in our webshop, you have a 24-month right of complaint. You must complain within a "reasonable time". If you receive a defective product, you must notify us as soon as possible. If your complaint is justified, you can have your goods exchanged or your money back, including return shipping.

Right of withdrawal
