    A classic car universe in a class of its own

    The Car Museum exhibition is a celebration of the beauty, craftsmanship and innovation that defines the classic cars of the 20th century. Masterpieces that were then and are admired across generations. These vehicles are rolling cultural history, telling the story of bold innovation and bold designs, as well as skillful craftsmanship and efficient industry. The exhibition showcases an important collection of cars from the 1930s to the 1990s, selected from private collections, museums and car clubs. We showcase a wide range of classic cars, from American muscle to European elegance to Asian technology.

    The Car Hotel - a unique experience

    With an entrance ticket to our car museum, you also get access to our spectacular car hotel. Here, owners of classic cars can rent storage space all year round, and instead of leaving the cars hidden in a garage, the car hotel allows more people to enjoy the sight of these beautiful classics when they're not on the road. You can experience up to 200 privately owned classic cars here. Adjacent to the car hotel is our professional workshop, which you can also visit and get an insight into the cars that are being restored.

    Experience 100 years of Le Mans

    We are celebrating the 100th anniversary of the first Le Mans race. Here we have a model car collection of all the winning cars and our special exhibition also features real racing cars - both classic and newer versions. It's hard not to spot the legendary Fiat Bartoletti 306/2, which was used to transport racing cars back in the 1960s. The car transporter was also featured in the 1971 movie 'Le Mans' starring Steve McQueen. Dane Tom Kristensen has won Le Mans an impressive nine times and we have his first trophy, driving suit, and helmet on display. Explore our special exhibition and experience Le Mans through 100 years.

  • Automotive workshop in 1936

    In our car workshop, we have created a time warp where you can experience a fully functional car workshop as it looked in 1936. We have done this because we want to pay tribute to the skilled mechanic who knows his internal combustion engine inside out and always has a professional and responsible solution, even though working conditions and cars have changed dramatically over the years. At this workshop, you can experience how work was done almost 100 years ago!

    The incredible journey of the car

    It takes visitors on a fascinating journey from the first steam engine to today's modern cars. Spanning over 50 meters, the exhibition highlights some of the most significant cars and inventions of all time, providing an exciting and educational insight into the historical moments that have changed automotive history forever. Experience the first real car; Benz Patent Wagen No 1 and the Ford T that put the world on wheels.

Experiences for kids

And childish souls. Every day you can go on a Car Hunt - a treasure hunt for children. Explore the museum and learn more about classic cars. Visit the children's creative workshop on the 2nd floor of the car museum where you can build with Lego, draw or watch a movie in our children's cinema. End the day at Willys Bistro, which offers a menu with delicious children's menus.

Guided tour

We offer guided tours of our car museum every Thursday at 17:00 and every weekend at 14:00. Meet our skilled tour guides who will guide you through our exhibition. Listen to the compelling tales and stories, experience selected iconic cars and take home secret anecdotes and fun facts. A guided tour costs DKK 70 + entrance fee and lasts approx. 75 min.

Entrance ticket

With an entrance ticket, you get access to our entire classic car universe; museum, special exhibitions and car hotel.

Entrance tickets can be purchased online or on arrival.

Entrance ticket adult 140 kr.
Entrance ticket child 70 kr.

Annual pass

With an annual pass you become part of the Classic Car Club, which gives you access to our entire classic car universe all year round. The annual pass gives you a number of benefits in both Classic Car House and Willys Bistro. The annual pass is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The physical annual pass will be handed out on your first visit.

  • Yes, you are welcome to take photos and record video for private use .

  • Yes, you can. We have ramps, elevators and disabled toilets available.

    Please note that traffic on gravel paths and cobblestones may occur.

  • Yes, we do.

  • Yes, it is possible to borrow a wheelchair. Please note that it is not possible to book in advance.

  • We don't. We refer to our own restaurant Willys Bistro, which is open for both lunch and dinner - also when the lights go out in the museum and car hotel.

  • Children aged 0-4 years are free to bring. You must buy an entrance ticket for your child aged 5-11 years. A child ticket costs DKK 70,-.

  • We prefer that you leave your large pram outside. Strollers and the like are allowed in the exhibition.

  • Yes, we do. All disabled toilets have baby changing facilities.

  • Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our exhibition, unless it is a guide dog.

  • Yes, we do. We have our own parking lot with 80 free spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • We estimate that a visit to our car museum takes about 90 minutes.

  • Yes, you can. You can buy a ticket online from home or you can buy an entrance ticket and annual pass on arrival.

  • Answer. An entrance ticket is not required to visit the Willys Bistro restaurant.

Willys Bistro

Willys is the natural meeting point for all visitors to the Classic Car House. It serves bistro classics for both lunch and dinner. In addition to a tasteful and carefully selected menu, Willys Bistro also has a large, newly built terrace for outdoor dining with a view of the park.

Willy's Bistro stays open longer than the rest of Classic Car House.

An entrance ticket to Classic Car House is not required to visit Willys Bistro.
