We are part of the K.W. Bruun Group and data controller for your data. We process your data in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any given time, including within the framework described in this policy. In general, we only receive data that you have provided directly to us or from public authorities.

PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA

Car storage
When you pre-book storage of your car with us.
Purpose: To administer your booking.
Category: General personal data: name, email address, telephone number, address, bank details, car details, insurance details.
Source: The data subject himself.
Basis for processing: Article 6(1)(b).
Disclosure: Within the group, cf. section "Disclosure".
Storage: Deleted at the request of the data subject or when storage is terminated.

For all types of payments to us
Purpose: To be able to document bookkeeping to relevant authorities
Category: General personal data: name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, payment information.
Source: The data subject himself.
Basis for processing: Article 6(1)(c).
Disclosure: Within the group, cf. section "Disclosure".
Storage: Invoice basis is deleted after 5 years from the end of the current financial year, other data is deleted immediately after the expiry of the agreement.

Classic Car Club
When you join the Classic Car Club and events in the club
Purpose: To administer your membership.
Category: General personal data: name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, address, car make, model, year.

Basis for processing: Article 6(1)(f) - our legitimate interest in marketing our products and providing information about savings for the data subject is deemed to outweigh the data subject's interest in the processing of general data. 1 (f) - our legitimate interest in marketing our products and providing the data subject with information about savings for the data subject by processing the data subject's general data is deemed to be greater than the data subject's interest in not having the data processed.

When you visit our website.
Purpose: To keep statistics on the use of our website in order to improve the website.

Statistics
Statistics are compiled in connection with the above processes, the statistics that contain general personal data, in order to improve the customer experience in our stores and online. We anonymize or delete personal data as soon as it is no longer relevant for the statistics. The statistics are compiled with the legal basis for processing in article 6, paragraph 1, point f, and the interest pursued is to improve our business.

Disclosure
Classic Car House is part of K.W. Bruun & Co, which is the parent company for several car import companies, leasing companies, etc. in the K.W. Bruun Group. Bruun Group where several cross-cutting business areas are located, including IT and accounting. Your data is therefore shared internally within the K.W. Bruun Group to the extent necessary to ensure compliance. Bruun Group to ensure the fulfillment of your agreement. Disclosure internally within the Group is based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, weighing our legitimate interest in disclosing ordinary personal data internally within the Group to perform tasks across the Group against the data subject's interest in data not being disclosed, our interest is paramount as it may not seem to be of particular importance to the data subject whether it is one group company that performs the task or the other, however, it must be important to the data subject that the right competence handles the task in which personal data is to be processed. We use a number of data processors to pursue the stated purposes. The data processors can therefore access your data to the extent necessary to perform a given task. Data processing agreements have been entered into with all data processors so that your data is processed according to our instructions. In addition, we share data with business partners where necessary to fulfill the purpose.
