Meeting rooms
Are you planning your next meeting with a view of beautiful classic cars, the smell of gasoline and the sound of engines roaring? Then we have a number of meeting rooms available in our car hotel and in Willys Bistro & Diner on the 1st floor. We recommend combining the meeting with a classic car experience. Explore the spectacular car museum or take your colleagues for a drive in a beautiful classic car. End the day with dinner at Willy's Bistro & Diner.

Caroline Amalie
Caroline Amalie is perfect for big events. Whether it's a wedding, company party, conference or concert. Our largest and atmospheric event space is 392 square meters with high ceilings and beautiful large windows that let in light from both sides. The room is equipped with the latest AV equipment and the optimal conditions for good acoustics and ventilation. And why not decorate the room with a beautiful classic car?

Karl's House
Karl's house is part of the exhibition. With a flick of a switch, the cars can be driven away and a unique 310 square meter oblong room overlooking the park can be yours for a day. Karl's House is ideally designed for events, receptions, product launches, fashion shows and more. On the wall opposite the glass doors facing the park, 3 large projectors will provide the backdrop for your event. Here, the only limit is your imagination.

Willys Bistro & Diner
Willy's Bistro & Diner will be a natural gathering point for all visitors to Classic Car House. Here you can enjoy private dining, meetings and parties for both lunch and evening events. Willy's Bistro & Diner also has a newly constructed terrace for outdoor dining and a specially designed bar. You can book the private rooms on the first floor or make a group reservation in the restaurant on the ground floor. Here, the design, menu and interior are tasteful and carefully selected.

The price for our Reception Package is DKK 455 per person incl. VAT.
We are happy to put together a reception package according to your wishes and needs.

The price for our reception package is valid from 2 hours duration. There is always the option to extend.

Our reception package includes 3 different snacks and appetizers based on seasonal ingredients.
In the spring season, this could include:
Grilled artichoke puree with parmesan & lemon on toasted rye bread.
Lumpfish roe with smoked cheese & dill on toast
Baked salmon mousse with fresh coriander & lime on sourdough baguette.

Buy an entrance ticket to our car museum and explore our spectacular museum and immerse yourself in exciting stories. An entrance ticket costs DKK 70,- per person. incl. VAT when you have booked a meeting or company package. Normal price DKK 140,-.

Book a group tour of the spectacular car museum and add an experience in the classic car universe. The tour lasts approx. 75min. and costs DKK 210,- per person incl. VAT and includes your own tour guide and admission to the museum.
