  • Function room - Caroline Amalie

    The Caroline Amalie function room is ideal for large events - whether it's a grand wedding reception, company party, conference or concert. The venue is 392 square meters with high ceilings, exposed beams and large windows that ensure a fantastic influx of light. The venue is also equipped with the latest AV equipment and optimal conditions for sound and ventilation. Give your party an extra touch of elegance by decorating the venue with a beautiful classic car.

    Capacity: 40 - 232 people at round tables.

  • Willys Bistro - smaller and intimate parties

    Are you looking for small function rooms for private events? Willy's Bistro offers a cozy and atmospheric setting with carefully selected interiors and a delicious menu. Here you can host parties for both lunch and dinner, and you can also enjoy private dining in our rooms on the 1st floor or in a reserved section of the restaurant.

    Capacity: 10-40 people.

  • Exclusive lounge in the old car museum

    Our stylish lounge in the old car museum is a bright and elegant function room with exposed beams and a calm, exclusive atmosphere. The lounge is perfect for receptions with light refreshments and informal conversations - and can be combined with bubbles and a tour of our special exhibition "Royal Driving Pleasures".

    Capacity: 30-70 people.

Reception

  • The price for our Reception Package is DKK 455 per person incl. VAT.

    We are happy to put together a reception package according to your wishes and needs.

    Please note that there may be a charge for a minimum number of people in the room.

  • The price for our reception package is valid from 2 hours duration. There is always the option to extend.

  • Our reception package includes 3 different snacks and appetizers based on seasonal ingredients.

    In the spring season, this could include:

    • Grilled artichoke puree with parmesan & lemon on toasted rye bread.

    • Lumpfish roe with smoked cheese & dill on toast

    • Baked salmon mousse with fresh coriander & lime on sourdough baguette.

  • We serve house selected bubbles, white and red wines.

  • We serve a selection of our soft drinks and beer.

  • Coffee and a selection of house tea

  • The price includes room rental, set-up, cleaning and staff.
