We have 80 free parking spaces and two bus lines that run right to the door. From the S-train it's only a 10-minute walk. We are only 15 min. from Copenhagen with good accommodation options in Kgs. Lyngby.

Life's big celebrations deserve something special
Whether you're celebrating a birthday, christening or confirmation, the Caroline Amalie function room provides the most beautiful setting for the day. The venue is located in one wing of the charming Virumgaard, which opens up for cozy options - perhaps a welcome drink in the courtyard or a late-night meal served under the open sky from our food truck. Inside, the venue offers exposed beams, great acoustics and large windows that create a welcoming atmosphere.
There's room for speeches, dancing and long dinners - and if you want to make the party extra special, the welcome drink can be enjoyed in our car hotel with an impressive view of our classic car universe.

The price for our reception package is valid from 2 hours duration. There is always the option to extend.

In the spring season, this could include:

On the 2nd floor of the beautiful old car museum you will find our Lounge - a bright and stylish room with exposed beams and a calm, exclusive atmosphere. The lounge area is divided into cozy zones with sofa environments that are perfect for receptions from 30 - 70 people with light refreshments and relaxed conversations.
The reception can be combined with a glass of bubbly and a visit to the special exhibition Royal Driving Pleasures.
Private Dining in Willys Bistro
Are you looking for a place for a private dinner or special event? Willy's Bistro offers Private Dining in an exclusive room for up to 16 people. Perfect for smaller events or client dinners where you can enjoy an undisturbed lunch or evening in cozy surroundings.
The celebration can be combined with a visit to the museum where we currently have the special exhibition Royal Driving Pleasures - a beautiful exhibition of royal vehicles.
